![]() If I had to take away one thing from this book, it would be to live as healthy as possible. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is curious as to why humans are such strange, weird, bizarre animals compared to every other animal on this planet. Lieberman goes from explaining how and why we started walking on two feet to why most of us will die from “mismatch” diseases. ![]() (I started it over Christmas break and finished it recently.) And not because it was dry or boring, but because there’s a lot in it. This book took me a while to get through. And how we evolved from apes in trees to bipeds to developing our massive brains and culture and the way we eat… It blows your mind just thinking about all of it. I first found out about this book when the author was on the Colbert Report.Įvolution is immensely fascinating to me.
